About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, was very pleased with the service.

I think the information given was fab, although I had to ask about the website (Dr. Foster) which one of the team found out about for me. Should maybe mention at point of referral?

Overall, I think TRAQS very good.
