"my mums admission after breaking her hip"

About: East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust Grantham & District Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics Harmoni / NHS 111

(as a relative),

She fell while out, and friends took her home. When I later visited, I was concerned so called 111 for advice. From the inital call, which was efficient, to the ambulance to a&e, everyone was efficient, caring and professional. The a&e experience was slick, with everything explained to us clearly.. she was admitted to eau, then following surgery was transferred to ward 5. This ward is superb: lovely caring staff. Can't fault anything about this whole process. Well done nhs!

Dear nhsfan - thank you for your lovely feedback; I have passed onto A&E, EAU and ward 5 staff who I know will enjoy reading it too! Hope mum is recovering well. Thanks again.
