"Only praise for the efficient way this was handled."

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as a service user),

I was referred by my GP for a surgical operation by a consultant. I received an appointment within 2 weeks (which exceeded my expectations that it would be months)

The consultant explained everything very thorough, which helped me to make a decision. I was very happy with my visit to the consultant as it helped to allay and anxieties.

I have seen this surgeon once before and find him to be such an understanding and kind man, as well as being very efficient. His name is Mr Sykes.

I can find no fault with any of the experiences to do with this appointment. Only praise for the efficient was this was handled.

Thanks so much for sharing this. It is lovely to hear that your consultant is an understanding and kind man. He sounds like someone that other colleagues could aspire to match up to :-)
