"Pleasantly surprised at how quickly my appointment was arranged"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I was pleasantly surprised, not having needed this service before, at how quickly my appointment was arranged, and the efficiency and friendliness of the staff at the physiotherapy centre.

My physiotherapist was extremely polite, respectful and helpful and explained all the possible treatments honestly.

I could not have wished for a better experience.
