My father fell whilst outside and broke his hip last Sunday morning. The ambulancemen were amazing. Barry, who travelled with us to Arrowe Park hospital made a potentially really frightening and traumatic time feel much safer. My dad and I felt very reassured by his caring and considerate manner and his well timed humour! The service should be proud of people like him who really do make an invaluable difference to the start of a patient's journey. He is a star and I hope you can trace him and pass our comments on to him and his colleague Ian.
