What I liked:

Our daughter, who is only 4, fell off a chair and cut the back of her head open on a low table. We were - naturally - very concerned but every single member of staff we met in A&E went out of their way to be kind and reassuring. I would like to thank the friendly receptionist, caring children's nurse and sympathic doctor for making the experience so positive for us all. We left the department with a smiling little girl within an hour of getting there.

What could be improved? Nothing.
