About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Referred by GP, May 2013 for left wrist X-ray and left shoulder physio.

Texted and message left for me to call and appointment offered which was inconvenient, so another appointment offered close to the original. Efficient service.

At point of writing I have x2 appointments pending next week and the week after.

Thank you for your positive feedback especially noting the efficient service you received from TRAQS.

TRAQS is all about offering choice and enabling the patient to attend their appointment at a place and time convenient to themselves. There are times when this is not always possible but I am pleased to note that we were able to accomodate your requirements. on this occasion.
