About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Information was incorrect. Was told nothing.

I was offered appointment at PRH but was told it would be quicker at Madeley?

No help with referral from Dr or yourself. Now gone private.

I am disappointed to read you comments. TRAQS relies upon your GP to provide clinical information and referral details to enable us to offer you an appropriate appointment. We are able to offer physiotherapy appointments at either PRH or Maddocks Clinic at Madeley. If your referral is prioritised as 'routine' then the current waiting time is approx 4 weeks. 'Urgent' referrals are usually seen within 1 week.

TRAQS can only offer the appointments available to us at PRH and Maddocks manage their own clinics and contact the patients directly.

I hope you are feeling better and thank you again for your comments the TRAQS team appreciate all constructive feedback which helps us to develop the service further
