What could be improved

I been to this hospital for my abdomen pain and also want to find out where i am pregnant. The doctor was attending me was acting like i am wasting his time to come here, he left me for ages to do his other task during talking with me about my symptoms. i had blood and urine test. he said urine test was negative but did not mention about blood test. i still don't know whether my blood was tested for pregnancy or not. I told him my sumptoms and i am tring for baby. he did not explain or advise why i am sick and what should i do, i been treating there as very unwated human being. my period was late for 37 days and i don't why. i didn't register to gp thats why i been to this hospital, and what i get is advise how to register with gp insted of explain or more test for my symptom and get a medicin which do not helped me at all.
