About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Referred for a repeat 'knee complaint' after surgery on the same knee in December 2010.

Referred back to the specialist via GP and very pleased with the service and dignity and respect I have been shown.

I assume that your referral on this occasion was arranged by TRAQS; in which case I am very pleased to receive such a positive review of your experience.
