I felt my situation was taken seriously. My state of mind was depressed sensitively. It was good to talk to a neutral person who listened to my deep concerns and reasons for the anxieties I had.
The coping strategy of EFT has, it seems, made quite a difference to my ability to take control of the harmful results of some of the major causes or my state of mind I was in when I first attended Hetty's.
It has increased by ability to arrest a lot of the negative thoughts (self blaming) that I was constantly plagued with. Better able to put things into correct perspective: I had previously had thoughts/actions on two occasions of suicide. But my confidence levels have improved, along with my feelings of self worth.
