"Get to the root of your problem and you come out feeling relaxed"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I got referred by my doctor.

I felt I had got to a stage in my life where I had to get help. I have suffered depression and panic attacks for many years.

Margaret made me feel at ease, she was great to talk to. Going to Inclusion Matters has been the best therapy as I have been to see a counselor over the years which I hated and never got to the root of my problems but with Inclusion Matters you get to the root of your problem you come out feeling relaxed.

It has helped me change the way I feel. I've overcome certain problems which I still have to face myself.

I've got to be referred back to Inclusion Matters as you're only given 15 sessions which in my case weren't enough.

I have a message for people out there who feel they have no where to turn to get in touch with Inclusion Matters as you won't turn to any other therapy.

It's been amazing for me.

Thank you Margaret.
