About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Older people's healthcare

(as the patient),

Ward 4.

Fairly quick and efficient with 30 minute wait.

Rather strange going to a ward as a waiting room, but quite unobtrusive. Reception staff very polite and helpful.

Procedure was quick with not much in the way of explanation as to the outcome, but polite and efficient.

That sounds like the proverbial curate's egg: good in parts. We clearly needed to do more to explain what was happening and particularly the outcome. Thank you for letting us know.
