I visited the urgent care centre today with my scalded hand which needed dressing. friendly receptionist, who took my details, (really nice uniforms) I waited no longer than 5 minutes. Jacky (nurse practitioner) introduced herself and explained what she recommended the treatment should be, she was very professional and re-assuring and gave me a number to call to get dressings changed etc. From start to finish it took approximately half an hour. It was first class service, well done Rochdale!
