"To try to get a doctor to ring ..."

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

(as the patient),

What could be improved

To try to get a doctor to ring you if there has been a problem with the dosage of medicine you are on seems to take forever .After 2 answear phone messages 3 phone calls and a message during the doctors clinic time still no response from the doctor. No person from the clinic ever phones you back to say they have received your message . You have to chase them up all the time . I feel after 6 days I should have had a phone call from the doctor. Very unhappy with the Diabetic Clinic that I attend for an over active thyroid.
