liked having choice of hospital, i chose the LRI as most convenient, was expecting a long wait for appointment but it came through in a reasonable time frame. Outpatients waiting area clean and tidy, with friendly reception staff. I have had 2 appointments now and both have been on time. The physio was wonderful to work with, very friendly with obvious expertise. A programme was designed and i am happy to say that my condition has improved, so much so that i will not require injections as previously thought. Thank you to the physio team.
