Anything else?
I decided to come to Queens ENT department after being referred by my GP in Stoke on Trent via the choices scheme. I have found all the staff to be extremely professional, friendly, reassuring and very competent in their individual fields. Although I have to travel 30 miles each way for my treatment - I made the right choice!
