"caring and compassionate"

About: St Mary's Hospital (Melton Mowbray)

Anything else?

unfortunatly i couldnt have my baby here as i was high risk after a previous loss bit i was under the care of the midwives here for my subsequent pregnancy which was of course ambextremely anxious and quite frankly, a frightening time. the midwives were very caring and compassionate(something that certainly lacks in the bigger hospitals!) i was never a problem to them when i rang or went with any worries or concerns, they could not have been nicer. i just wish there was room for us to have transfered back after havig my baby as the after care ive heard is amazing and im afraid the after care at the big hospital was shocking and i even made an official complaint; not that that got me anywhere. i really hope with my next baby i can transfer back to st marys as i dont think you will find a more dedicated and compassionate team of staff anywhere else. they are absolutly wonderful and i will always be grateful for the support theu gave me
