What I liked

The NHS website is very unhelpful. I was wanting to know how to far the hospital was from the train station and there wasn't a map or any information on this. There should also be a map of the hospital so you can get an idea of where you want to be before getting there, most people that go are already thinking of more important things.

The Queen Mary's website provides several maps - one shows the site of the hospital, another has a google map showing directions.

We also provide a bus services map and give directions for parking and for public transport. The Queen Mary's website is clearly signposted on NHS Choices - www.qms.nhs.uk
