"i would just like to comment that ..."

What I liked:

i would just like to comment that although i had quite a bad experience at this hospital all the nurses that i came in to contact with were polite, friendly and extremley helpful.

What could be improved? i had to go to AnE 3 times before anybody relised there was something wrong and addmitted me. i was then kept there for 3 days untill i finally saw a doctor and found out what was wrong with me. i dont like hospitals and was very distressed at the fact i was kept in for 3 days for no reason as my problem was treated in under a day. so not only was i left waiting but in that time i took up a hospital bed that someone alot sicker than me could have had.
