What I liked

I came in as an emergency to the clinic and everyone I came across was helpful and friendly. I didn't wait over-long and was dealt with very quickly and reassured. I would like to say thank you to everyone in the hospital

What could be improved

I can't think of anything in particular to be improved, there's always something but overall my experienced was very positive.
