(as the patient),

I attended the Inclusions Matters Liverpool for CBT I found this experience encouraging and positive.

I was not judged and the people I spoke to never came across as shocked by anything I was telling them which kept me calm and relaxed.

Its a great service and its nice to be able to talk in this way and not feel negative.

Thankyou to Gareth as he was especially positive

If I cou ld think of an improvement the only suggestion I would have would be to decrease waiting times, this can be frustrating.

Thank you so much for this feedback. I am delighted to know that your experience of the staff in our service was so positive. I will ensure that Gareth particularly is aware of your comments.

We are aware that waiting times can cause frustration and we are looking at ways of improving these.
