Anything else?
After having a moan and a gripe about the horrendous time I have had.calling numbers that don't have anyone at the end of it. Switchboard not really knowing the correct number. PILS not knowing how to contact the right person. Finally I got through to the right department and the right person. I spoke to the secretary, who I have got to say was a breath of fresh air. They dealt with my problem quickly and effectively and did call me back as promised. May I add the only person that did what they said they would! We only go to hospital when something is wrong. So receive a call that was a comfort was greatly taken. As a result I now have an appointment and back on track. I can not thank them enough. They are an asset to the hospital. Thank you for everything you have done.
