Anything else?
I was taken to Whipps Cross Hospital A&E following a fall. The staff were excellent as was the treatment. I really felt that I was treated as a person and not just a number. My two subsequent visits have also been brilliant. Parts of the hospital are old and the x-ray department that I had to go to wasn't exactly next door but the directions were clear. I haven't had to wait any longer than 30 minutes and I consider that extremely good. The hospital staff cannot possibly know how many patients they are going to see. ALL of the staff were helpful, friendly, cheerful and professional. Whoever is responsible for the services provided within the hospital and for the recruitment of such lovely staff should be commended. I have never been in this situation before (and don't intend repeating it) but I would have no qualms about being treated at Whipps Cross again.
"Simply excellent"
