Having had two family members in this hospital, both sadly had rather serious issues with different aspects of care, we contacted the pals team, who have failed on both counts to resolve the issues, both patients transferred to other hospitals, I do not think that this hospital can cope at all, I was in a lift with someone from the administration department who referred to AE as the dark side, I give up
