"The orthodonist department"

About: Solihull Hospital

Anything else?

Excellent staff in the orthodontist department, really polite and respectful, which is what makes people like myself feel welcome. Even has a play area for children in the waiting room. I can only pick one fault every appointment is a long wait 6 weeks at a time it would be much better if there was regular appoinments as six weeks is a while waiting for reviews and treatments. But I understand its a bust environment with lots of patients. Other then that each visit has been sucessful and welcoming. As I say lovely staff havent came across one rude memer of staff as yet all very bubbly nice people. Havent recieved treatment until next month but know people who have and outstanding results of having braces.
