"Hysterectomy"

About: University Hospital Of Hartlepool / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I was admitted to north tees hospital in march for a total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo oophorectomy. I was talked through every step of the procedure by the surgeon and anaesthetist so I felt as much at ease as I could. The aftercare up on the ward was very good and the nurses ans support staff were very helpful and caring.

Although I sincerely hope I will never have to be admitted again if I were I would feel very safe in their care
