What I liked

waited for 12 hours for someone to prescribe me some antibioitcs. Then they sent a letter to my gp stating that i'd had surgery when i hadn't!!!!!

What could be improved

customer services - patient treatment - keeping patients informed of progress

We do appreciate how frustrating these things can be. We do try to keep people updated if they have to wait longer than anyone would like, and to make sure that our letters to GPs are accurate. Apologies if this didn't happen in your case.
