"I cannot speak to highly of the way TRAQS dealt with my appointment"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I visited my doctor with hip pain, he referred me to TRAQS for physio, who contacted me within 48 hours of doctors referral.

They offered me an appointment at Maddocks for Physio. I cannot speak to highly of the way TRAQS dealt with my appointment and the treatment and explanation of my condition received from Maddocks.
