"I have now been able to go back to work"

About: Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust / Community mental health team - south and west

(as the patient),

I came for psychiatric help. Due to having an abusive childhood, abusive marriage which led to drug abuse, I was mentally unstable, I would have psychotic episodes, very deep depression and I am harm not just to myself, but to other people.

I have paranoia, panic attacks also, I could not leave the house either due to have OCD on checking things at the time. I was not well at all, due to the time, that I have seen the doctor and have medication, I am becoming more and more stable.

This has been good for me as I have now been able to go back to work. However I do still have episodes but they are manageable now.
