"Outpatient experience at North Staffs - excellent"

I attended the hospital this week and used the outpatients system for the first time in the new building. I have to say it was a good experience from beginning to end.

The system worked really smoothly.

In the space of a couple of hours I'd had my first appointment with the consultant, got an appointment for a day case procedure before the end of June and had the pre op assessment done, to save me having to go back.

At every step of the process I dealt with people who were not just professional but friendly and considerate.
