I attended casualty on Monday evening, about 19:10 with severe chest pains and was seen very quickly. Unfortunately i can't remember everyone's name who attended to me. I cannot sing all their praises highly enough. They were informative and considerate, their professionalism was very re-assuring and gave me confidence that I was in good hands. I was kept in over night while tests were carried out, and released promptly on Tuesday morning with medication and good advice. This was the first time I have ever stayed overnight in any hospital. Excellent service Wansbeck Hospital you have my sincere thanks

Dear Jim, I imagine it must have been very frightening for you to be admitted with severe chest pain, especially when you'd never had reason to stay overnight in hospital before.
