Anything else?

Had an appointment for 11.30 and was advised to arrive an hour before this for an X-ray and was booked in at 10.15. Not called until 11.40 for the X-ray and then not again until 12.50 to see the consultant. Although there was board on the wall indicating number of patients to be seen (17) and the waiting time there was no information about the delay and nothing was said during the whole of the waiting time. Arriving early for the X-ray was a waste of time.

Thank you for your feedback. We are changing the system in the light of your comments so that patients are not asked to attend earlier than their appointment and then have to wait.
