Anything else?
I rang up to cancel an appointment with Neurology for the next day. This cancellation was unforeseen and unfortunately I could not give any more notice. On my first try I waited 12 minutes before hanging up and on my second try the automated voice said "approx. wait 21 minutes". This is just not acceptable and the reason why I did not bother trying again and just wil not turn up. This is something I do not like to do but Barnet really need to sort out their lack of staff before they start moaning about the DNA rate!
"No one in Neurology to answer the phone!"
