We had a concern regarding our new baby's head and referred by Bioward Rotherham Hospital to our GP.
We phoned for an appointment and secured one on the same day as an emergency. We also had to register our baby.
However, this took far less time than the receptionist led us to believe, meaning we had a long wait for our appointment.
