Heather was wonderful. She helped me considerably.

To be honest I was very doubtful at first about CBT but have to say that I was so wrong and I am now a firm believer in CBT.

Heather was very professional but at the same time friendly, approachable, patient and understanding.

She has truly found her vocation in life.
