"I finally got my OCD/anxiety back to a manageable level"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I suffered with OCD since I was 16.

Although I felt it had always been at a manageable level, until recently where it got to the point where it was impacting my working and social life.

I was referred by my GP to Inclusion Matters. All the staff were friendly and understanding leading up to my initial appointment with Kieran.

The sessions were relaxed and felt comfortable talking to someone who had experience. This was something I had felt difficult doing with friends and family. Kieran really challenged me to break habits and gave my homework and things to occupy my mind between sessions.

It took some time but I finally got my OCD/anxiety back to a manageable level. I couldn't of done this without Inclusion Matters.
