What I liked

My husband was recently admitted via A+E with chest pains, he was treated rapidly and most staff were really helpful and friendly others seemed too busy to be bothered.Poor areas would be that if admitted on a Friday you have to stay til at least Monday as no consultations over weekend, food is terrible and when own food brought in you have to fight to heat the food up, there are no facilities for families other than over priced shops in foyer and parking is horrendous what ever time you go .

What could be improved

patient's Food, parking charges and spaces, more friendly caring staff in all departments rather than high dependancy ones.Better facilities or cheaper food units within hospital and get rid of Burger King cannot believe a hospital would see this rubbish.
