Last month we went to a&e with my husband on a Saturday afternoon. The receptionist saw he was in pain and after I completed the paperwork sent us straight around to the critical care unit where he was seen promptly and admitted. His care for the whole 5 days in the hospital was exceptional , he was treated very well both professionally for the abscess and personally by the nursing staff who were exceptionally human and kind. I would like to thank all the staff who saw him, from A&E to ward staff.
