"Minor injuries clinic"

Visited the minor injuries clinic yesterday expecting to be there hours. I was greeted by the friendly helpful reception staff and had barely lowered myself into a seat when I was called in, the consultant was truly fantastic. She attended to me with dignity professionalism and humour! Would definately recommend this facility, well done NHS, we often hear about the negative but my experience was truly positive.
