What I liked
Friendly nurses and reception staff at outpatient gynaecological clinic. Excellent phlebotomist (but 1 1/2 hour wait to get blood taken, as I was only told to take a ticket for the phlebotomist *after* all the other tests have been done). Good coffee shop in medical school.
What could be improved
Doctor (I think a Specialist Registrar, but she didn't introduce herself) did not look at me, did not answer my questions properly, and left me (half undressed) without an explanation for ten minutes. It turned out (when she came back) that she had gone to talk to the consultant about me. I would have liked to go with her, but she didn't say what she was doing, or what the consultant had said. I left with a prescription, but no instructions on how to take the medicine, and had to get my GP to phone the hospital to find out what to do.
