I tried to attend an appointment today and a member of staff would not let me park in the car park they had decided to only allow only disabled people to park even though the notice said visitors and disabled parking. they then allowed a back log of traffic to build up just to show that they were the boss. This made me and everyone else late .One women even phoned the police because she couldn't get on the car park
