Exceptionally speedy service. Big thanks to MIU Sister who was reassuring and fantastically good humoured. Was seen immediately, made to feel like an individual and went away feeling confident.

Dear Patient

Many thanks for taking the time to submit your comments following your recent visit to Tiverton MIU. I was really pleased to read that you were seen so quickly and that you had such a positive experience. Its often useful for staff to use humour to cheer up anxious patients, when they present to a minor injuries unit - clearly the sister got it just right in this case!

I have shared your story and very positive comments with the MIU Manager, where I know they will be warmly recieved, and shared with the MIU staff.
