Anything else?
I have lived in Eastbourne 10 years and only used the hospital for having my children. In the last month I feel I have my own chair :) My son broke his arm, the staff were amazing with him, he is only 5 but they spoke to him like an adult and not above his head to me. This skill is very rare, GP take note! They were patient with him and explained step by step what was happening. Then the following week, my husband fell ill, I used 111 and was advised to go to the walk in clinic the on call Doctor was fab and NOT once did we feel we were wasting his time. We needed to go back the following evening and he remembered us and was really good at explanation my husbands condition and how to self treat. The Receptionist was also very nice. The NHS get such bad press but every member of staff I have met have been nothing but kind and professional thank you xx
"fab service :)"
