This a compliment, My son was admitted on 18/05/2013 to A&E via 999, he was admitted firstly to Childrens A&E what an absolutely magnificent service, they was amasing and put us at ease, Harry had severe compound fracture to his left arm, they care and treatment was just fantastic. The team who operated within in the hour of us arriving, the aneathetists who again were brilliant. The doctor coming to talk to be directly on the ward immediately after to tell me what had taken place, the care of the staff on rainforest, through the night and making sure i had eaten (which I hadnt) & the volunteer who entertained Harry with paper aeroplanes - absolutely fantastic service thank you what an amazing team

I sincerely apologise that these were not responded to in a timely manner.

This was due to lack of administrative support at the time which has now been rectified.
