"Caring staff at A&E and attractive paramedics"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

Anything else?

I was admitted to A&E at Chorley when I was suffering severe abdominal pain. I was really scared but the male ambulance paramedics who I saw were really nice and reassuring. Not going to lie, they were really attractive looking too - when you're a 19 year old girl these things matter a lot! Please pass on my comments to them!!!!! I ended up being transferred to the Royal Preston Hospital to have emergency surgery to remove my appendix. I am ok now though. The short time I was at Chorley my mum and I were impressed with the staff and their caring attitude. Sick of the bad press the NHS gets because it is not true with Chorley Hospital which is really great. Kind regards Becky

Thanks for your comments. Hearing about positive experiences really motivates our staff, and helps us identify where we’re getting things right so we can share good practice across all of our services.
