Thanks for the excellent treatment I have received up to now. You do a great service. My problem is that it isn't completed yet and I have not heard anything for weeks regarding this. I understand that the exams are on and this could be the reason but I would be obliged to have a date for the completion of my dental treatment.

Thank you for your feedback and enquiry about your appointment. The Customer Service Team will check when your next appointment is due and arrange for someone to contact you with the information. If you do not hear from the team within the next 48 hours, please phone 0800 917 2855 and speak to Derrick Defaye or Diane Motteram to provide them with more details (hospital number, date of birth and address) as there may be difficulties tracing your appointments on the system using only your name.
