"Lack of information regarding my illness"

(as the patient),

The day before I was due to see the consultant my apointment was cancelled. This was rebooked 3 weeks later. At that appointment I was told by the consultant that he couldn't access my test results but he would forward them to my GP. I have chased this up with the GP and the consultants secretary but have so far not received my results. My test took place in February. I am also awaiting results from further tests when I was told the results would be available 2-3 weeks and that was 4 weeks ago.
