"TRAQS - what an utter waste of time and money! "

(as a service user),

TRAQS - what an utter waste of time and money! After receiving results from a scan - for which I needed to be referred to a consultant - I told my GP the name of the consultant I wished to see.

So then I had to wait 5 days for 'TRAQS' to inform me that they couldn't make an appointment and I would have to write to the consultant! ! !

What a waste of time. My GP could have done that - I would have been at least a week nearer to my appointment! ! !
