"Administration leaves much to be desired"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Knee replacement, hip replacement, spinal decompression and keyhole shoulder surgery.

I must say, that the treatments I have received over the past years at the Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham City Hospital and Pack House Carlton have all been FIRST CLASS, up to now.

However, the "administration" both at QMC and Nottingham City leave much to be desired.
